Total Nightmare



Filthy bus, no dispatch between buses, which may come in handy when two have no AC and one has fumes and is overheating. I hope they go out of business ASAP. Who does not have contact with todays technology? Pathetic isnt even close to describing the experience of having to stop multiple times due to the non concern of this Co. Sent no one to help, what a disgrace, do not leave your life or your childrens n this establishments hands.

Just used Trolley Tours this past weekend to bring 51 people on a 7 hour bus trip. Our driver, Tom, was extremely flexible and professional. We had a rigorous transportation schedule on the middle day of our trip, and the driver met every expectation and unforeseen issue with ease. It was actually quite impressive. Without the customer service we received, the trip would not have been as successful as it was. A BIG thank you to Trolley Tours!!

I was on a trip using one of these buses. The bus was dirty as hell and beat up the bathroom was filthy and the toilet full. The driver was a complete a$$ so his garbage reflected in his tip. Now Ron the mental midget he is who doesn't have the nuts to call a costumer but grts madwhen you call him he is a thief and refused to give back a deposit. I am sure Ron hides behind his phone and doesn't have the nuts to talk face to face.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS MAN... Ron is completely unprofessional. Ripped me off on a trolley rental...sent a charter bus instead of a trolley that was booked for my daughter wedding in LBI..when i tried to correct it, Ron refused to send a trolley without a credit card...My daughter had paid him over a 1,000 in cash...he later charged by credit card an additional 1650. He didn't folow the itinerary, and never picked up the groom familt for the reception...at the end of the night...the left us stranded at the reception. He refused to cooperate or try to resolve....AVOID this company at all costs!

Very disappointing. Unprofessional driver and worse manaagement. Left our wedding guests and bridal party at Bonnet Island Estate because they were 2 minutes late on there contracted time of 11:00pm. Driver left over the protests of the 11 guests that did make it out by 11:00. Unbelievable Owner Ron Fallace laughed at me when I complained and asked for a partial refund. Extremely unprofessional use at your own risk.
