I can’t say enough good thing about Dr. Bache and his staff. We have several animals and see them quite regularly. They treat all animals like they are there own. Every time I have a question or concerns they always answer and help right away. Even meet Dr. Bache a few times after hours and even on Sunday when they were closed. I wished my own doctor office cared as much as this office does. I recommend them a thousand times over, even had some family and friends started going here after I told them about our experiences

Dr. Bache saved our cat's life. He correctly diagnosed a condition that our cat had that was hidden. She lost a third of her body weight, almost died, but he performed a surgery, and saved her life. That was 5 years ago and she is doing great. We will always be indebted to Dr. Bache for saving our sweet very loved cat.

The first review is bogus. Dr. Bache is the best vet our 15 year old dog has ever seen. We lost our dog Oreo on October 26th as we found out from a sonogram he had a few small tumors in his stomach keeping him from eating his food he only suffered for maybe a day because he could not eat any food because of these tumors that could erupt on any given moment so we decided to have him put down, Dr. Bache and the staff here, (Jan) has been wonderful and They have treated our dog as one of their own..... when it comes to our pet money is no issue as high medical costs rise in every field whether it be veterinarian or family physician or neurosurgeon High medical costs are just a way of life and the more expensive the better than medicine and we will definitely like to thank Forestville Animal Hospital for everything they've done for our dog. Thanks Dr. Bache!!!!

No one in the office has ever introduced themselves. I am not 100% sure who the vet is.
When I have asked a question I have never been given a direct answer.
They called to confirm the appointment, they correctly stated what the appointment was for.
I had to ask 3 times while in the room about flea treatment. After I paid the bill, I had to ask again about the flea treatment. I was told they would have to do a blood test for heart-worm before dispensing flea medication. Then someone (vet?) came out and asked me what I wanted tested. I finally said "you are the professional, what is necessary?, what is your opinion? I was charged additional $144. It is not a money issue. I want the best for my fur baby.
I am done with them. I will not go back. I can give more information about pets than they can.
