My child’s appointment was at 2:45pm and was not called to the back until an hour later. This was only after I asked how long does one have to sit after their appointment time to be seen. I had already been sitting 40min plus when I complained and she explained my child was next on the schedule. My question is what’s the point of having an appointment time when clearly it is not being honored. I know for a fact people that signed in after me were called to the back before my child. This unprofessional as this facility has no understanding when it comes to patient satisfaction and that’s the first thing taught in the health care industry. I will be finding a new dentist office for my children this afternoon!

I waited for my kids 2 on a half hours, and while waiting 5 other families were seen and dismissed. They have the most poor excuses. This is my second try with Kool Smiles, and i see no change. This is just a greedy and unfair place. They do not respect your time at all. I sat so long waiting the finished staff left before me. I actually watched the office close. So plan to spend lots of time there, cause they truly don't care.😡

After how awful it was at another location I was encouraged to try this location not only were they courteous and informative but they were willing to take that extra step for customer/patients to get services completed accurately!!! This location made up for the bad experience from previous location!!!

This is a great location. I take my son. Now, I am getting my dental work done. I had an excellent experience. I recommend Angela Harris and Rozi. They made me feel like I was home.

Amazing group of staff members. Demetrius the dental assistant is very professional and knowledgeable and Dr. Gillespie was exceptional! I would recommend this facility to everyone I don’t have any complaints.

My son saw Dr. Phillips and her assistant Angela. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how fast they saw my son. I will definitely continue to come here because everyone was very nice and professional!!

I give the dentist and her assistant four stars, they were extremely nice and professional. There was basically no wait time,but the receptionist in the front wasn't friendly at all. I have been taking my daughter there for almost two years now, and noticed the change in staff, which has affected the service. My daughter has autism and had to be put in the "papoose" to get some dental work done about a year ago. I was quite surprised after I was taken to sign the consent forms to be told if my daughter had the "slightest" problem this time with the dentist, that she would not be allowed back. I am not surprised because I have faced much discrimination with different establishments and my special needs daughter. It is still very disheartening. Surprisingly, her six month checkup went well, and her behavior was excellent, but I am not so sure that I will be taking her back again due to the circumstances.

Their service is awful and the wait time is horrible. If u have an appointment they still make u wait over 45 mins to a hour their staff is very rude no good customer service I will not be returning

Ok for children appointments, but with adults - not so much. I have been attending Kool Smiles for over 2 years. My children and I are there at least every 6 months for maintenance. In May 2016 after an in-office appointment, I scheduled another appointment for myself on December 1st @ 2:00pm. I had scheduled many appointments for myself @ 2:00 in past, so this was nothing new. November 11th rolls around and I receive an emailed message for confirmation. The time was for 1pm, not 2pm as I had originally scheduled. So I called office during my lunch break, and was told sorry for inconvenienience, but office doesn't do adult appointments after 1:00 anymore. I also confirmed the reminder that I received earlier that day. My daughter had an appointment on November 19th, so I spoke with office personnel about my December 1st appointment, and was told the same BS. Since when? And why wasn't I notified about this change sooner. Did I all ready mention that this appointment was scheduled in May? Anywho, I then attempted to reschedule for a different day because now I would have to change around my whole day and PTO because of this unprecedented change. There were no appointments available for me for the month of November, nor December, nor January. WTH. So I ended up leaving the appointment as is. My job allows a Wellness day - without losing my PTO, so that is what I used. I thought everything was resolved regarding my appointment for December 1st, until this morning. I received an emailed message saying that my December appointment was cacelled! Now, why would I go through all the trouble to then cancel my appointment? Not I! So immediately I contact phone number on the email. The first CSR that I spoke with about my issue hung up after putting me on hold for 15 minutes. I call back and the CSR blamed the scheduler!! She said that they will email office tomorrow. I'm not convinced and will be looking elsewhere. This appointment situation is just poor business, period.

I went to this location with my 3 kids at 3pm only to be informed that they would not be seen because the office realized that their insurance wasn't active that morning. No one gave me a call, apologized or showed any concern for my kids. My kids have peach care medicaid so I made them aware that there must be some type of error and if they went ahead and saw them the visit would be covered because medicaid covers back dates up to 90 days but we were still refused and when I asked for excuses for school they had they single one of my kids names spelled incorrectly.

The office staff is so rude & doesn't have patience with small children. After my older 2 kids have their appt. Tomorrow I will be finding a new dentist. I switched to them due to same issues as dentistry for children. SO sad you are working with children but are rude to the parents & impatient with the kids. FInd another hob if kids arent your thing. This office has canceled two appointments for my children after I arrange my schedule is for my children to be there this past Saturday at 2 o'clock and have received several text messages and emails they then send me an email to say in a text message to state that the office has been closed due to unforeseen circumstances again this is happened more than once I try to get another appointment in as soon as possible for my children only to be told there is nothing available until next year I explained that this cancellation was due to them not myself they told me nothing was available I will be switching my doctors offices for my dental services and I will not be here and I will not recommend anyone else for this dental office at all unprofessional !!

It was good experience my 2year old daughter sat there like a big girl and got her teeth clean.. But it was her first time at the dentist office and my husband and I both wanted see her teeth get cleaned but only one parent can watch I think that's crazy and stores that kool smiles is torn down it look crazy on the outside

My daughter had an appt last month for her fillings. The dentist had them remove a bracket off her teeth in order to do her fillings. While the orthodontist was removing it took 10 sec & the dentist refused to do the fillings saying I have to reschedule. The next appt available was 6/21/16. I took her & I told the receptionist I was outside making calls she said ok. My daughter came outside saying they want to talk to me. I went in & the office mgr said the dentist is refusing to do my 13yr old daughter fillings because she refused. She's a minor!! The office mgr said it is my daughter choice & they can't force her to get it done. I asked why didn't anyone call me she said well you weren't supposed to leave. I told her the receptionist knew I was outside using my phone. The receptionist said she knew I was going to use the phone but that she wasn't "in it". I asked for my daughters records & will NEVER use Kool smiles for ANYTHING!! Nor will I recommend them to anyone!!
