Don’t even bother. We are excited first time home buyers and we have a month to close, with one condition from our lender that we get the well chlorinated before closing.
I called 5 times. Everytime they told me they’d take my info and a tech will call me back today/tomorrow. My fiance called twice, same deal. My realtor called once, same thing. Our realtor also sent a group email to them. I don’t have two weeks to wait for a call back. Our closing date is soon.
I’m assuming they don’t want our service.
Especially after our last call. Again, we’ll take your info and a tech will call you back. Ok guys, this is getting old.
I explained to the woman that we’ve left around 10 of these “notes” and we havent gotten a call back. She then said she could forward me to a technician’s cell, I asked why that wasn’t done a week ago, and then told her that I have to make some phonecalls now before scheduling an appointment because noone has been reliable and I don’t want to schedule and appointment and have noone show up.
She was snotty and said that she doesn’t feel like getting fusterated because I'm fusterated, and what do I want her to do about it. She also said it wasn’t her job to chase the technicians around to make sure they’re calling people back. And hung up on me.

I’m glad I didn’t waste my money, but unfortunately I wasted valuable time, hopefully another company can pull through before our closing.

I was out of water - they responded on a Saturday morning and were at my home within a few hours - quickly diagnosed the problem and had to go get and get the big truck - back quickly. Pulled my pump, found a broken wire - repaired it and everything is working great. Very fair price, experts at what they do!
I would highly recommend for any well / pump needs you may have!

I can't blame the crew, it's the idiot that sent them out after 2" of rain overnight and more on the way. They did get the water run but left me with a huge mess in the yard. They must be only concerned about $$$ and not care about the customer. A call from the management of the company to apologize would have gone on long way but all they wanted is the money and not care about customer relations.
