Best Surprise ! Friendliest staff, clean rooms , great pool and jacuzzi, breakfast so big. We had a big family room, lots of space for the 4 of us. This is the place I´ll stay when we come back again..

Very comfortable and clean. Pool, hot tub , breakfast with waffles, family room to meet and talk or do gathering, non-smoking facility, refrigerator and microwave and hair dryer in rooms. Windows actually open in case you want fresh air and not AC. all that for about $55-65. I did the prepay option and saved the most. My daughter was married at the Grand Lodge, but we all stayed here. We did wedding favors in the family room. We could walk to the lodge for dinners and activities. At the Lodge , you would paymore and not have the amenities and still not have a bathroom with your room. Yes and older motel , but well kept up, small and personal. you can walk across the street to Bimart if you forgot something , or to McDonalds for a snack, or to McMenamins for a relaxing beer and music. Very centrally located. Would come again.

Hi we came to stay at the hotel because family lives nearby.We drove from North Carolina.We got to the hotel everyone was very pleasant.The front desk lady Gail helped us get checked in.she was so nice.We had a really nice breakfast.very clean the rooms are out dated but very clean...We all enjoyed the swimming an spa.They even let me bring my mom to swim.She loved it and she loved Lucky the cat...as well as I did too.We will be back next year for sure.Thank you to everyone at the hotel for the nice stay.

From the time we arrived until when we left, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and everything worked fine including WiFi, AC, TV, Fridge and Micro Wave. We used the pool and hot tub, and the Continental breakfast including waffles, juice, coffee etc. was decent. At the budget saving room rates, it was certainly good value. Our compliments to the staff. A large multi-facetted store is directly across the street.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, the property was clean, and the owner was very welcoming. The value for your money was well worth the stay and you even got real food for breakfast! I don't understand the negative reviews because from my perspective this place was perfectly fine and I would not hesitate to stay again.

We arrived late and were very pleased with the accommodations as well as the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. We needed to make some changes and they went above and beyond. The continental breakfast was great, and they had a nice indoor pool also. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The friendliness of staff & quality of room prompted us to stay another night so we could visit with family longer. Our family had five rooms booked for a reunion and 90th birthday party. We all had a great time.

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay during her interview at Pacific. Her mom booked us a room at this place. From the outside we weren't to impressed, however our room was actually very nice. It was clean and very spacious. The wifi is super fast, the tv has many channels and the beds are super comfy. Additionally the staff is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lloyd who worked the front desk at night shifts. Dude was super friendly and always made sure we were accommodated. Would definitely recommend this place and forgot to mention it's also super cheap!

The managers Gayle and Loyd were friendly, funny and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again and am going to recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over the fourth of July weekend. We were treated wonderfully. We were greeted by friendly staff who remembered our names and used them the rest of our stay. Our room while basic had all the amenities we needed....wifi, microwave, fridge,etc. The bed was comfortable and our room was always clean. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel this place is not for you but if you are looking for a great value for your money then this is a great place to stay. I really appreciated their prompt and professional customer service. In fact we are planning on staying here every time we travel back to this area.

My husband, I and our 4 children recently stayed here This month. We were in Oregon for overnight and the price and the pool is what sold us on the reservations. When we arrived at the hotel we were warmly greeted and given a room that to my surprise allowed accommodations for all off us to be extremely comfortable. The swimming pool was very clean and very nice for our children. We spent 4 hours in there until the pool hours closed and I get the impression that the staff would have let us stay a little longer if we had wanted to. When we got up our next morning, Mothers day, we took the children to a lovely breakfast just off the main lobby and were greeted warmly and generously by the general manager of the hotel, Shaw Pierce. Although the hotel is a little shabbier than others I have been in... The service makes up for it! If we ever need to stay in that part of Oregon again for any reason I will definitely choose that same hotel

We stayed here for a few nights in the summer of 2012 during a week long wine tour in Oregon. This place was a pleasure. It is not fancy, and we didn't pay for fancy. I loved how the breakfast sort of felt like you were at a friend's house, and when we arrived late at night there was a very friendly lady at the front desk to greet us. All in all, a great experience, and we'll be back on our next trip to OR.

Overall, it was one of the best stays we ever had. The location was perfect, the hospitality and ambience of the place was SOOOO comfortable and pleasant and the staff was outstanding. If you're looking for a fancy place, then this isn't for you, but if you're not about glitz and glamour and just want a nice, clean and cozy place to stay, you'll love it here. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It could use an elevator, but I say that only because we overpacked and our luggage was HEAVY! We were offered help with our luggage, but we refused it. We'll be coming back here time and time again when in Oregon.

We have stayed here twice to visit Pacific University,it was close and very nice to have all the fast food places close by. The hotel was clean and staff was very nice. The price was right ,very satisfied with the location.

Rooms are clean, staff is awesome, breakfast is pretty good. Location is great, near both restaurants and grocery stores.

Reasonable prices for a decent stay, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is family friendly. The lobby has a place for breakfast in the morning, there's news to read and a tv in the center of the room. The people who run the place were very kind to me and made sure I enjoyed the stay. 5 stars for the commodities, affordable prices, and the hotel quality relative to being in a small town

We actually really enjoyed our stay here! The place was recently remodeled so the rooms are clean and fresh, the beds are SUPER soft and comfortable, the housekeeping is fast, friendly and efficient. There is a place to do laundry ($2 to wash and dry) so if you've been or will be staying for a week or so then that is a definite bonus although the dryer doesn't always dry well (if your pants get tangled the legs will come out damp). There is a work out room and an indoor heated pool and hot tub both of which are clean and very nice. The complementary breakfast is worth getting up for--fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, toast and a waffle maker and two kinds of batter for you to make some fresh (really tasty) waffles! The staff is really friendly and pretty cool to talk to, they definitely do their best to help you out and get you what you need.
