Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores

This is by far the smallest Joannes I've ever been to. Definitely don't have the great selection that most of their other stores do, just the basics here.

This year I decided to completely redecorate my tree. I was able to find everything I needed at this store at crazy good prices.

Horrible customer service. Like the other reviews, big lines for getting fabric cut, big lines for cash register and nobody helped me find what I was looking for...

Agree with the previous reviews. with one stars. worst customer service, I'll rather drive more and choose another store for fabric and go to Michaels for all my craft needs. Ms Terry is very rude and arrogant and has no sense of customer Service.

Worst customer service ever... I wish I did not even have to give it one star. Big lines for getting fabric cut, big lines for cash register. What can you expect from others when the manager Ms Terry is so rude herself and has no sense of management...prefer Michaels anytime for craft and would go somewhere else for fabrics...

Absolutely the worst customer service. I once stood in line for nearly a half hour, with ONE cashier working an exchange that was obviously way past her competency level. I asked another store associate who was making jewelry if she could help, and she said she couldn't. (Making jewelry is more important than customers, apparently.) Three customers left before they made their purchases, because they got fed up waiting. Nice selection of stuff, but be prepared to wait.

In line NOW, have been for 15 min. One cashier that can't ring up a special order and other "worker" assisting someone on the phone. Typical craft/fabric store.
