I have to tell you . . .

. . . we were told that we would have the new fabulous bed delivered today between 8 am and 12 noon.

I have been in marketing and customer service most of my career, so I am a stickler for excellent customer service.

The drivers called a bit before 8:00 to verify the address and that we were here. They arrived at 8:00 am. But wait, there is more!

They arrived in a very large truck as these two, Eric and Santos, had 14 deliveries today. As it happens, it is a challenge to get a pickup around the corner to our drive at times. Santos driving and Eric guiding, they squeezed that rig through the corner and down the drive.

They arrived with a smile and removed the old bed and set up the new system in no time flat. They removed all of the debris from the delivery and took it with them too!

There are no words to express how delighted we are that Ashley took charge and stepped up their game in their warehouse and delivery department. A+++++! Now, they are going to be known for great customer service, not just from Million Dollar Michael Macy, but from the delivery team too!

Purchased a dinner table with chairs, carpet, placemats and dinnerware in October. Got the table and chairs within 3 days. It's been almost 3 months and still no carpet, placemats, or dinnerware!!!! Had to cancel all the holiday dinners planned at my home! Thanks Ashley Furniture!!! They said it would take two weeks for everything to be delivered and it's been almost 3 months! I've not one to write a bad review but I am really disappointed with their service!

Ashley Furniture doesn't even deserve one star but that is the minimum I was able to give them. Still waiting for the rest of my bedroom set to be delivered. I was told all was to be delivered May 20th and only part was delivered. When my wife went into the store to see what she can do about getting the last night stand she was sexually harassed by the manager of the store Ted. She told them that we have a party coming up at our home and would like to have the complete set but the manager stated.."Is the party in your bedroom? Maybe that is a party I need to be invited to!" Thank you Ashley furniture for making us feel dirty and humiliated about a family party at our home! The Regional manager called and told us how wrong they were to treat us like that but still no end table and no formal apology! Our last dealing with this company and now I want all of my money back and they can come pick up their furniture. I am shocked how they can treat people like they do and stay in business.

Please save yourself the trouble and stay away! I ordered what appeared to be good quality leather sofas which I paid a good amount for. When they arrived, they looked like hand downs. the leather had torn parts, the stitching is way off, starts off large then gets smaller, the leather boxes do not match, and so forth. I went into the store with PHOTOS of all this. and guess what? ohh well not there problem now that they made the commission. they never mentioned to us about a no return policy and when we went back with these problems they gave some bs 1800 number to call to try to get it "fixed". I spend almost $7000 in one shopping trip there and they told me that. I WISH I had known this about them, I would never step foot in there again!!
