Very nice facility. If something is broke it gets fixed right away. None of the regular bs you have to deal with at regular gyms

The gym is fine. The equipment is nice and it's not overly croweded (except Zumba). My issue is with the staff/manager. I was recently ill and requested to term my membership over the phone and was told I had to come in person to cancel. Three months later, when I was well, I was told I could have done it over the web. That would have been nice to not have spend $150 for nothing over the three months it took me to get there and cancel. When I suggested their staff may need updating on their policies, I was told, their staff was well aware of their policies and wouldn't have said that. It's always nice as a customer to be told your a liar. If you want to be treated as a person, I'd go elsewhere.
