Sun Chase RV Park

The park is under new management and is very pristine, we have 2 bath houses with showers and a laundry house. Very quiet and out of the main stream of traffic but close to grocery stores, fishing, golf, and outlet mall. Just a short drive to the beach. . Priced very reasonably.

I stayed 2 weeks at this small RV Park in a rental rv. 1st.Week was spent listening to the clomping on the roof by a repair man trying to fix leaks.( All his work was wasted- It rained and water came pouring out of the AC unit inside...)

2nd.Week Ma and Pa methfreak moved into a 26ft old travel trailer next to me-loud,boisterous.So much for any peace and quiet....Within a few days of moving in they had moved their buddy and a couple of friends in with them.

There is WiFi but the manager snoops and reads emails.He also goes into the trailer while tenants are not there.I came back on a couple of occasions to find windows open,screens removed.On one window the gasket had been removed and the glass taken out.

There are other questionable individuals staying at the park;Manager stays holed up in a dilapidated 5th wheel with the blinds drawn and does not seemed too concerned about what is taking place,except when he feels like snooping.

There are no ammenities and the park is not within walking distance of any attractions.

This park is not safe for people and IS NOT a family park-I DO NOT RECOMMEND this park to ANYONE.Keep driving,spend a few extra dollars and go elsewhere.
