Wow, I got great service from Al's heating and Air. Showed up same day and did work agreed on for a great price. I have known him for only 3 or 4 years, but as long as I have known him his work has been excellent.

Excellent service and price. I needed a hot water heater fast. Al was able to give me a great price on a brand name water heater and installation. He was easy to reach, courteous, and went out of his way to get the hot water heater installed quickly, for the quoted price. I come from a family of contractors and plumbers, so I know a job well done.

Horrible customer service! After coming by my house for about 2 mins to diagnos the problem on my ac, I called him to have him a pick up my AC for repair a few days later. He said he would call me and pick up the unit that day.. He never showed or called!!!

Wow... just wow... this guy is the worst human being. I got scammed. I should have googled the company and the name before signing up for prepaid oil. Now, I've tried contacting him for over three weeks, and I have no response whatsoever. How could this guy sleep at night? Also, how could he still do business with all these complaints and lawsuits? What's BBB doing? Shame Shame Shame indeed. I'm reading upon small claims court procedures right now, and hope to recoup the loss.

A MUST TO AVOID!!! Al Lakas took a $3000 deposit from a 90-year-old man and disappeared. Good luck contacting him.

My heater had broke down on me about a week ago, and nothing is worse that coming home to a cold house during the winter. Al's Heating and Air really saved us. We called them, and they came right out and solved our problem. Now the heat is back up and running, and I couldn't be any more happy! Thanks.

Had an emergency & called Al. He responded quickly& professionally - he wasn't available but sent one of his associates who obviously had the same work ethic & talent.He did a great job & had very reasonable pricing. Recommended them to a friend & he called as well.

This is a very great company. I had my AC blowout during the summer and these guys came out, and got it back up and running again. The service was great, and the guys were really friendly. I definitely know who to call if this ever happens again.

Please don't' believe those fake post below. They are so hateful and I think that Al's Heating service is Such a professional business. They do what it takes to get the job done. I really appreciate their honesty and promptness.

Had a problem with my wall heater and Al came out, on time, and after checking everything out he realized the thermostat was the problem and the heater was fine. He cleaned it and suddenly it worked! Sometimes wires get dirty and so forth. He showed me how to check the thermostat, put everything back together (5 minutes) and called it good. Didn't even charge me for driving out there. Now that IS AN HONEST BUSINESSMAN! More concerned with being fair and earning a lifelong client than charging me for my own stupidity.

We had some vent and duct work done in our home. Called Al's and they came out within 48 hours and told us exactly what to expect and how long the work would take. They got it done in the estimated time frame and now things just feel fresh.

I recently had my furnace stop working and after reading the reviews, so I called Al's Heating. They arrived 10 minutes early (unbelievable for most contractors) and had replaced the malfunctioning part and were gone in less than 1 hour. The tech was extremely nice and explained everything clearly to me. The office manager was also very helpful in scheduling an appointment. Couldn't be happier with Al's Heating...Highly recommend!

I bought a new furnace and I had no one to install it. Al's Heating Services has done work for me before and did a fantastic job, so I called them to install it. They came the next day on-time and got to work right away and did a great job. I recommend them to everyone and you should too.
