We just recently got back from a Disney Cruise to Bermuda via NYC. In what could have been so amazingly chaotic, Birgit made it super-simple!

Goes the extra mile!!! Great folks, great service, they researched every possible option to get us a terrific & very affordable vacation in Hawaii. Even better, we knew if there was any problem with our trip, they would not rest until it was fixed. They have proved it.

A friend's daughter, pregnant with the first grandchild, was scheduled to fly through Tokyo in the days following the nuclear reactor leak. At the last moment, on a weekend! Anita was able to secure seats on an alternate route, well way from any radiation exposure.
