Here at 5th Dimension Home Care LLC, We strive to serve a special purpose, to help individuals in need have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity. Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a Medicaid-based program that provides personal care attendant (PCA) services to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently. We have trained attendants to assist with tasks of daily living. The tasks may include bathing/showering, toileting, obtaining medication, meal preparation and cleanup, housekeeping/laundry and essential transportation.Please give us a call today!
