Animal Crossing Veterinary

1. They say they will get records from your previous vet, then they DO NOT.
2. They say they will write prescriptions, then they DO NOT.
3. They say they will price match, then they DO NOT.
4. They DO NOT test for parasites.
5. They DO NOT give Bordatella vaccines.
6. The "exam" was free because it was non-existent.

I was looking for a vet, but only found a low rent drug dealer. I had to take my animals to another vet for a quality exam and to receive their missing tests and vaccinations. Thank goodness I did because they had parasites and needed a dewormer. You may save a few dollars now, but you will pay with your animals' lives.

Very Professional caring staff, front office and techs. Vets are Excellent and gentle with my babies!

We disappointed with them ! Been a customer for a couple of years. Called yesterday to try and get a sick/ coughing dog in. The rude girl said they were booked and it would be Friday before they could see her. I explained she was acting sick and had a cough. She said a cough is not an emergency! I ended up taking the dog to Deason's. The dog had a high fever and pneumonia ! Thank goodness I didn't wait, she could have been dead. I wonder when the receptionist went to Vet school. !!!

I've tried every veterinarian clinic in the Floresville area and Dr. Glover and his staff go above and beyond. This is the only clinc that will take the time to call and check on your beloved pet after surgery and also mail out sympathy cards if one of your pets have passed. I had mentioned that I found one of my cats dead and I got a sympathy card, how thoughtful. And I have plenty of happy animals to prove it. 6 dogs, 3 cats, 2 pot bellys, one horse and one donkey. Thanks to everyone at Animal Crossing all are in excellent health.

Wow, that's an incredibly negative review that I find difficult to accept as all true. While something most certainly happened to result in such a scathing review, this experience sounds more like a result of poor communication, and since productive communication requires at least two people, I have learned through dissatisfaction to ask specific questions so I know exactly what to expect before service is rendered. I'm not perfect at this, but am reminded of my part, my responsibility in good communication each time I find myself less than satisfied.



My own experience, as well as three other families that live in my community, have experienced nothing but warm, welcoming, professional, informative, and above all, compassionate service from the entire staff at Animal Crossing. Over the years we have all been to several area Vets and agree that Animal Crossing is superior in almost every way.



Lastly, I applaud you Dedre for leaving your name in your review. I know how heart wrenching & upsetting pet parenting can be, and I wish you all the best in your future pet parenting experiences.
