Fantastic restaurant and easily one of the best values around in terms of franchised eatery. Cheddars is now opening a new location much closer to us and we will do our best to become monthly if not weekly patrons. We found that it offers the same contemporary atmosphere as TGI Fridays, Charley, and Applebees where you don't necessarily have to order based on price. Drink prices are also very reasonable although we found that they have an overly strict limit of 2 drinks per customer which really cuts the night short. Still it is nice to get a Margarita with your dinner and not be surprised when the bill comes. The Margaritta's and mixed drink are always served and garnished to look beautiful. Alcohol content is hit or miss though as sometimes the pour is not strong enough and all you get is mix without the option of a re-pour . Also the prices on some menu items and drinks have risen in relation to inflation and the new Obamacare fee's imposed on restaurants. Although the price increase was incremental it is still worth mentioning but does not detract much. Food has always been spot on. Steaks are made tor order in my experience and was able to get medium rare successfully on two occasions. Burgers on the other hand cannot be ordered anything below medium for liability reasons which is a bit of a downer. They are still gourmet though and very generous in portion size and condiments. The fish always taste fresh and is never overcooked or charred. Appetizers are also delicious. One of the few places we actually order appetizers simply because they are so reasonable. Onion rings are our favorite as they are a tall order with delicious batter and always hot. Wait times are minimal and getting a booth or seat at the bar is rarely an issue. The fish tank is well stocked and ambient lighting is neither too dull or bright. Very comfortable environment without noise pollution or under dressed customers. Service can be hit or miss depending on when you go, and who you get. They enforce the 2 drink limit a bit too aggressively without explanation but it is their policy and cannot be faulted. Our orders have always been taken and delivered correctly. Wait times for food can be a bit on the slow time which encourages appetizers so no real problem there. Sometimes the staff may not be very outgoing or personable but we have never had any rude encounters to date. Drink refills are usually on the slow side as the cups are smaller size. Overall it is one of our favorite places and an easy pick in a pinch for a fun Saturday night or couples date. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly atmosphere without paying the higher prices or other local restaurants. If you do have a negative experience I suggest trying it again sometime later as I don't think Ive ever heard of anyone with an overtly bad scenario that couldn't be remedied as other reviews have stated.

I had a common problem in most hotels now days and I was upgraded to a jacuzzi suit with no questions asked for my inconvenience . I had called the corporate office two days later around 10:00 pm and within 1 hour someone had gotten back with me and gave me a 25% discount on my next stay at that hotel. I did not ask for a refund or a discount and they simply offered it to me, which was very nice. I was absolutely shocked how fast they contacted me on a Saturday night, and the gentleman had reviewed the security camera and saw that I was not Irate, loud, a lady, and did not involve other customers in the problem. Corporate had assured me he spoke to the owner and that the problem was already being taken care of and he had also reviewed their inventory and saw that it was invoiced and that's how he was assured it was being done. I did not expect something for nothing and feel I should have paid for my stay and am comfortable in recommending this hotel to my friends and family, but with any hotel stay always check your rooms and make sure that you will be comfortable staying there. I give this hotel 5 stars for remedying this problem so fast and the speed they resolved the problem with me. I feel they are a honest and accommodating business to the best of their abilities.
Though judging at your first glance, this hotel is a well established business with a lot going for it. Location, nice building, and seemingly like minded staff. But at a closer look, are these the facts as they seem to our naked eyes. Could there be financial corruption here? I am almost certain of it. Here's proof. First let me begin by saying this. The government is hiding secrets our minds could not fathom or comprehend. There are species that live among us. (More information can be found in my upcoming review, "Reptar, Godzilla Wannabe") but originating from their species. You have the roach. And after I stayed it is obvious the hotel has financial arrangements with this outer world realm for them to breed at this what I consider now installment. Why three stars you ask? Well my night was magical. I didn't let the corruption get to me. I just get down with the get down you know? It was a tight experience. Now should I return? I'm not sure. Maybe one day if the moons align and Orion is clear as day. I bid you farewell YP users.... stay cool.
