West Town $40 Flat Rate Towing

I just called AAA I was literally 5 minutes away from home and Tony was GOD sent thank you so much for all your help and fast service I wanted to cry for saving me tonight

On July 5 there were at least 5 cars with damaged tires on interstate 75 because of concrete on the highway because of a damaged divider / accident. I was one of the cars with the unfortunate blown tires. The driver arrived within 15 minutes of the incident and towed me to 2 different locations without complaint. They also waived my extra tow fee. The courteous service was very much appreciated.
I want to also congratulate the Flint police department for their very, very fast response to the incident. Not more than 5 minutes after the blown tires I saw at least 3 police vehicles at the site. No doubt they were clearing the freeway of concrete chunks so that there were no more accidents. For you who think that the police work are obsolete and need to be underfunded... I hope you rethink your position. Unless you want this to happen to you. You need the police to respond within minutes because of an accident or emergency ... and no police response are available.

My 2016 Subaru Outback would not start and it was getting dark. I called AAA and they referred me to West Town Towing. The tow driver tried to start the car and said the problem was not the battery and towed it to their facility. The driver was Terrance and he was professional and friendly.

They called me the next morning to indicate they would check the car and not work on it until they could identify the problem and get my approval..

Later in the day, I spoke with Justin. He said the car was starting just fine and they believe the problem was caused by a faulty sensor indicating the car was overheated and prevented it from starting. There was no charge for the service.

HORRIBLE in every aspect from customer service to diagnosing the issue...Do NOT deal with this company. And they need to keep Even off the phones, he is by far the rudest individual in that place.

This tow company was fast and made it to me within 25 minutes. Jump start my car and had me up and running quickly.

Had a great experience with a awesome tow driver name brandon he got the tow done in a timely manner and also was very polite and courteous would definitely recommend brandon and this towing company to anyone who needs help. Thank you very much.

They have a driver that showed up his name is Russell he was very polite and knew what he was doing. My daughter was with the car car for 20 minutes she was told an hour he got there vary fast he deserves a raise this was about 2 weeks ago

My truck broke down on I-75 just north of Flint. AAA sent West Town Towing (Demetrius) to assist. Demetrius went above and beyond to get me back on the road and home safely. Promt, courteous and helpful.

they dropped my car off of their flat bed, ruined my paint, fiberglass and headlights and damaged my garage...paid to fix my garage but now they don't want to pay for the damage to my car,

This tow company was fast and made it to me within 25 minutes. They were courteous and professional. Henry was perfect and made me fell comfortable. I was very surprised by their low rates. Will use them again in the future if I have to.

They were on time and quickly moved my car with no damage. The amount seemed fair considering late Sunday night.

Driver arrived promptly and was courteous. Supplied me with a new battery, but would not even try to charge the new-but-dead-from-disuse battery. Would not take a credit card.
