Walmart Supercenter

Used to be a good place, at least with long term people that you came to know and feel were friends when you shopped. Then they let them all go and hired in temporary almost employees that turned over so quickly you never got to know them and you know how it is, everyone knows a little of everything but no one knows the correct answer to the question, so they guess and you get a lot of different answers for the same question. I was going to return something I bought online but it was sold and shipped by walmart, and they said i could return it there. I wanted it to go back on my bank card, since I had just paid my walmart bill. You know how it is with less swift employees? Everything is a mystery and is suspicious. The undercurrent was oh....ooo...she wants to put this return on a bank card but she paid with a walmart card. Better get a manager to listen in to the call. You idiots. You used to do this. Penney's used to do this. It is not a big mystery. What if my card was expired? Would I be forced then to take a gift certificate? I am sure the dimwitted would think so. Any attempt to suggest that MAYBE they could return to their previous way doing things, ie, Are u SURE the computer doesn't allow it? It used to...." is seen as SUSPICIOUS . omg..Insane... smh....It is hit and miss. You get people with a brain, then others afraid to use their brain, and others with no brain. A box of chocolates.
