        Overall

        I called Sunday to get Ice melt in preparation for the big snow storm. I was told a Tuesday, I asked if at all possible please deliver it Monday. Well here it is Tuesday after 5:00 pm and 3 additional calls and still no ice melt!! Still waiting ! Very unhappy!!!!

        Overall

        The first number I called (866-596-5276) kept me on hold for over 3o mins. I then called the Flint number on Taylor and was kept on hold for 17 minutes before a girl answered and said she was the answering service. I am NOT HAPPY!
