My tire was slashed on my birthday. Brandon came and put me on a new tire in a matter of 30 minutes. I was able to enjoy my birthday thanks to him. You guys are the best!

I was very pleased with the service that was provided, I never been to a towing company and felt the way this company made me feel, Road Runners really was there to help me I wasn't expecting for them to give me a price adjustment and for that I am grateful. Prompt, friendly, fair price- didn't charge extra to open my door when I locked my keys in the car and gave me a ride to the repair shop.

It is my pleasure to state that Rick Peterson came to my aid today and he was fast, friendly, very professional, has state of the art equipment and knows how to get the job down. I had a trailer with two yards of dirt and a wheel came off the trailer ....it did not phase him. He treated my vehicle and trailer as if it was his own and all for an exceedingly fair price. I was blown away-I will always use and refer them I even put their contact info in my phone.

Road Runner Towing is absolutely the best Towing company that I have ever dealt with. My son got stranded on I-75 with his friends and I was hours away. Dave had a tow truck pick up my sons Jeep Wrangler and towed it to his shop. He got the parts ,fixed the jeep and had my son back on the road in record time. He treated him like family. Best part is was affordable and it being the 4th of July weekend didn't matter one bit. I will recommend Road Runner Towing to everyone! They are the best in the business!

was down on my luck and my day couldn't get any worse then a police officer told me about the best tow company in the world I had 40.00 and was from out of town had a flat call road runner towing talk to rick and he said he would change my tire and get me back on the road thanks to rick and roadrunner crew

Our ATV was stolen and impounded by the police at RoadRunner. Our ATV was in their possession for one day and towed no more than 15 miles, and we were charged $260.00 to get it out of impound even though we were the victims in a crime. I also have my suspicions that the employees were driving my ATV around their lot. It was dry the day that the ATV was stolen and recovered, but had rained the day I picked it up. When I picked it up the thing was covered in mud, and it just so happens that the impound lot is all dirt. This is not to mention the rude customer service that I received when I called to inquire about the situation. These people might be great when it comes to lockouts, towing, and tire sales. But taking advantage of someone who is already down on their luck is wrong.

They we're fast and very friendly. They we're also the cheapest place I could find in/near Flint.

Very nice employees, but the owner gouges you with many unexpected fees. Was charged $225 for a tow. I would definitely recommend that you go elsewhere.
