I was drawn to Patsy Lou because of the reviews I read about Alex C. online and the many choices they had available on the lot. I have to say I was extremely nervous, because I knew what I wanted and had just been to another dealership where the gentleman tried to rip me off. When I met Alex, not only did he take the time to show me every single USED car I asked to see, but when it was all said and done he was able to get me in a BRAND NEW car and keep within my very limited budget. Keep in mind, he never pushed me into a new car or swayed me. The used options just wouldn't meet my needs. My ultimate goal was to Lease and Brand New Car and I never thought it would be possible. It was the best car shopping experience I could ask for!! Alex not only stood up to his online reviews, but exceeded my expectations! It has been almost a month now and I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!! Brought vehicle in to be checked out, paid $50 to have them look at rear suspension that was sagging. Left with car that wasnt safe to drive and was told compressor and air shocks were shot. Funny the rear shocks were holding air (not full pressure per sagging but still HOLDING pressure) when we got there then when they brought car back around all air was out of the shocks and vehicle was no longer road worthy. Knew compressor needed to be replaced, but first they said shocks had to be replaced and upon further questioning they went from needed to for sure, maybe needed and then they weren't sure there MIGHT be a leak and its recommended.. good thing there is a trustworthy shop not to far away that we could take the car to for an honest mechanic to actually LOOK at it without first printing a $1500 invoice for work that may not even be necessary...

Jeff, Howard and the whole Patsy Lou Service Department got us back on the road again when we broke down on vacation. We made it safely home in large part to the awesome service we received at Patsy Lou.
