Open Road Bicycles

at 11:30 on 12/27/2015 i visited this bike shop looking for a pulley for the rear derailleur of my 1995 mongoose alta mountain bike in my hands i had the idlle pulley and the back piece of the cage the gentlemen on the desk did not know what he was looking at he told me that the pulley don't belong with that cage ,this the pulley that came with my shimano stx derallieur and then he told me he does not sell pulley first he needs to practice more customer service i felt that he did not wanted to deal with me will not recommend this bike shop to no one they made know how to sell cheap bikes but if you own classics like me don't bother.

Tommie and crew took care of me on a purchase of a new mountain bike. Tommie took time to set up my bike and give me some great advice. Thank you Sir, you have all my bike business from now on..

Open Road is an awesome shop. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought 3 bikes from Tom (so far) and will continue to patronize him for sure!! Starters and beach bikes up to the carbon rockets for the hard core riders! Give them a shot!

The absolute best retail experience I've ever had. As long I'm in the area I'll never go anywhere else for my cycling needs.
