@puppylovenyc I'd love to have an open dialogue with you and or anyone for that matter with a complaint or concern but when I'm not given that opportunity than yes I have to get the facts straight. I'm all for feedback if it's constructive and not simply meant to hurt my business or the paychecks of the employees I provide for. The truth is I didn't think the prior reviewer was a good fit for our company and vice a versa. Instead of creating an uncomfortable situation for the client or us I asked them to look for another service to work with, and we gave them as much time as they needed to do so. Much of what they wrote ranged from an unfortunate misunderstanding to simply not the truth. Note nothing regarded the care of their dog or their house, about 95% of our job. We simply did not connect on a personal level and that's why I urged them to look for another company, and again I gave them no timetable to do so. If given the opportunity to address a problem we go out of our way to offer casino customer service and hundreds if not over a thousand clients can attest to this. Again I made clear and will again I never want a client to feel uncomfortable or leave on such terms and they rarely ever do. When you deal with so many different personality types and your job involves someone's pets in their home it's can be ripe for emotion and some misunderstandings. I get that and respect that. We do have some core policies that we don't bend on and sometimes to be honest if someone can't get what they want they perceive that as rude. Feel free to email me with any questions, and that includes the two reviewers here, I'd be thrilled to try and make amends or give you piece of mind. Through a strength based approach and intensive case management, we help families and individuals develop the positive coping mechanisms and self-sufficiency skills they need for greater stability.
This is really a unique store. It is a pet's only brick and mortar pharmacy. It carries a full prescription pet pharmacy, compounding lab and pet store all in one. They carry even hard to find medications, pet foods and supplies. I have been able to get several of my prescriptions from them. They also carry the hard to find Bravo RAW food. What's great is that they have free same day delivery in the NY Metropolitan Area and Free FedEx everywhere else, so you don't have to go to the pharmacy. They handled my prescriptions and verified it with my vet and it was at my house in a few hours. Great service, nice people great concept. I am a big fan! Denise Manhattan
