Great customer service, helped me rebuild my vape in the store and helped me out while I was, first time rebuilding it. Worked out great. Now I gotta stop fogging out my room.

Well, start out by sayin I decided to buy my first vape pen. And bought a starship here. And thats about all the use I got. I charged it properly. I loaded the concentrate and the battery inmediately failed before use. With some investigating the pen leaks concentrate to the battery threw very small hole. Not upset yet... just motivated to return or find manufacture info or distributor info... called these guys. He said call corporate. I did. The corporate dude I talked to was named dino at extension 117. He said he would sorr it out for me and get back ahold... that was two weeks ago. This shop has nothing no one else doesnt carry. They have poor quality customer support and they sell mislabeled product. The pen I purchased was supposed to have cleaning brush with it. The box was sealed and no brush and evryone else who has bought this said the same. That is my problem if you advertise it has something and it dont that is false advertising. But what can u expect from some guys who dont know anything about the business they run. As long as u spend money. I will not return and unless u want shotty product with no backing from the company I suggest go to another smoke shop. THIS ONE IS GARBAGE!!!
