I took my truck there for an alternator I was quoted $108 for the repair and $90 for the alternator. I said okay then when I picked my truck up he charged me $157.94 for the alternator. I asked to see the receipt and was told no, then I asked what store they bought it from an was told they don't know where they got it from. The only reason a auto shop doesn't want you to see the receipt of something I paid for is because they wanted to over charge. I have been a good loyal customer that told everyone how good there shop was and told a lot of people to go there and I don't understand why they did this to me, it's not right. I seen a post saying a customer got a 10% of her next visit. I think I should of got one too. He said he never quoted me $90, but he did. I had another shop that was going to tow it and fix it for $205 all together and if he didn't say it would be $90, I would of went with the other shop that was way less. I am just saying what happened to me. They are very nice and do great work it was just the extra $60 for the alternator.

Never ever go to this shop! My brother in law received a grant for being a disabled veteran to get motor replaced. The shop received $6,500!!! After a month and a half of little to no communication from the shop he went to check on the progress and was told the engine they received was faulty and nothing they could do to help because they spent some of the money already. A representative from veterans affairs will be contacting them and if it is not resolved ALL news stations will be contacted as Well!

This place of business is outstanding, VERY HELPFUL, KIND, AND GREAT PRICES. I went in for my wipers not working They took care of me right away and all that was wrong was a bolt came loose and only charge me 40 dollars. I never in my life tip a person for working on my car but they could told me a need a new motor for the wipers but they were honest and told me the truth and i was very grearful. GREAT PEOPLE

I had a problem with my truck that we could not figure out we called them up and explained the symptoms they told us what to look for and sure enough it took care of the problem keep up the good work guys you're wonderful! I would also recommend any woman go to them they are very honest.

Mike & Son's is the best in the State of Michigan. They are top notch professional's. I have had both of my vehicles serviced by this business. They replaced the entire engine in my trailblazer and did an EXCELLENT job! They are very honest and fair with their pricing and excellent work. I highly recommend Mike & Sons. Very good service. If you need a ride home or to work, they will take you. Prices are very reasonable. The office is actually clean, which is hard to find for a mechanic shop. This is truly a family business. Women especially will find themselves comfortable with this mechanic. He is very reliable and honest. I would highly recommend Michael and Sons. I am glad I have found a place that really does care about excellent customer service.
