Took my vehicle in to be detailed and they broke my stereo. Even though Steve, the owner was acting very badly about it, claimin that they did not do it, he acted like he was going to take care of the replacement cost.
When in to pick up the reimbursement and he simply told me that he had talked to his attorney and that he was not financially responsible for paying for the replacement stereo. Acted like a real jerk about it, told me to sue him.
So, I will! I will also file a Better Business Bureau complaint, RipOffReport.com, etc.
I have been using him for years, always was kind of squirlly, he is a not a stand up guy.
