Nestled at the base of the San Francisco Peaks is The Peaks Senior Living Community. Here seniors have access to everything they need to thrive within a breathtaking environment along with extraordinary common areas and amenities.The Peaks offers the full continuum of care and services including Independent Living, either in the Bungalows or the Lodge, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We allow our residents to age in place which allows them to remain in their apartment homes and have increased services brought to them.The Peaks also offers a Medicare-certified health care center to complete the full continuum of care.The Peaks is a unique not-for-profit partnership formed by Northern Arizona Healthcare and Intergenerational Living & Health Care and was built on the campus of the Museum of Northern Arizona.
