Mountain High Flowers

This is the only flower shop that I ever use! They have the best products and customer service. They are always willing to do any custom orders reguardless of size and/or price. They have always be so accommodating to my requests. Orders have always been delivered on time and by friendly delivery drivers. I would defiantly recommended them for all your flower needs!!

I ordered a Poka Dot bouquet for my daughter from Mountain High s website. My daughter sent me a picture of what she received. What she received and what I ordered bore absolutely no resembulance, NONE! I ordered daisies, pink roses, a crystal square vase with a poka dot ribbon. She recevied a ugly green vase with a organza bow tied on it with some non-descript chrysanthemums and white spray roses, not arranged at all. Looked like leftovers! What makes matters worse, the manager didn t seem to care and said they had the right to subsitute whatever they needed to. If the manager would have been sympathtic at all I would probably be okay, but she wasn t. She was very defensive. Their website says they have a 100% guarantee, but I was not offered a refund or a new arrangement. Needless to say, I will not be using this florist, nor will any of my family, friends or business contacts in the Flagstaff area.
