The lounge at Monte "V" seems to be quite a hot spot in town (as much as there can be one in Flagstaff), but the hotel itself leaves much to be desired in a stay. The lounge has pool tables, a good happy hour, and entertaining live music. The hotel is a dirty, old mess so unless you are hoping to see one of the many ghosts that supposedly haunt this old hotel then I say pass!!!Was this review helpful?Yes No|Flag Abuse

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. Two rooms and little sleep later, we can recommend this hotel for people who intend to be out and up until 3 a.m. only. The first night we were in a room on the 4th floor almost directly above the hotel's dive bar. Screaming drunk people, a booming bouncer's voice, and bongo drums prevented us from sleeping.
