Worst car rental experience EVER!

Worst car rental experience EVER! My husband and I rented a car from the Budget/Avis Car Rental location on Aspen for a trip to Monument Valley with an out of town guest. Upon getting into the back seat and pulling down the arm rest from the middle of the seat I noticed it had what appeared to be animal hair and dirt. There was crayon on the headliner as well. I mentioned this to my husband as we set out. Upon returning the vehicle the following week the manager (Daryl or Darrin) told my husband he would need to vacuum the animal hair from the back seat. My husband told him at no time did we have an animal in the car and that the hair had been there when we picked up the car. The manager's response was that they "never sent cars out dirty", and told my husband that if he didn't take the car and clean the dog hair from the back he would be charged a $75 cleaning fee, so my husband vacuumed someone elses dog's fur from the back of the rental car and returned it. Several hours later the manager contacted my husband and told him there was hail damage we would be held liable for and he needed to come back a third time to fill out an accident report or be charged additional legal fees. My husband did but pointed out that he did not have an opportunity to inspect the vehicle upon it's return and did not see the damage. So, we are in the midst of fighting Budget/Avis regarding those charges. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
