At first they were very nice and friendly. They say they want to make you happy. After the purchase is when it all went bad. They have your money and they are done!
Within a short 2 years of a 10 year warranty, the bed did not hold up and started to sag. What makes it terrible is that they do not stand behind the product they make. Even when I have the warranty paperwork describing what is covered, the mattress clearly fails the test!
During business hours the doors are locked. Never return phone calls. Can not leave message on business phone as the phone is too "full" to leave a message.
After days of trying to meet with someone about the failing mattress and expressing our dissatisfaction with there lack of professionalism, we finally talked with someone. His response was, "The world does not revolve around you", he said.
It has now been over 5 weeks with me calling weekly, and still no response. Are they going to stand behind what they sell and manufacture, (By the way, they stopped manufacture in Flagstaff.) as of today they don't.
I could go on and on, but I will spare you the pain. I figure I am out $850 (this doesn't even include a box spring.)
My goal is to make you aware of there poor business practice and poor quality product. Hoping that you avoid making the same mistake I made. If I could give them a neg star rating, I would!
