1 Nail

My mom and I came here for a manicure. I'd been here a few times before, no complaints. My comments today are towards one employee in particular. My mom and I got some of the absolute worst customer service we've ever had. The owner of the salon (woman with pencil eyebrows) left my mom's nails rough edged, and there was a significant mistake in the gel polish. My mom asked her about it, and the lady blamed her for banging it on something (she had been sitting still for 15 minutes while I finished up). My manicurist even looked at it and tried to explain to No-Eyebrows that it was messed up. She continued blaing my mother, in an extremely abrasive and haughty tone of voice that was SO unprofessional. After we had explained that we won't be back, the same lady had the audacity to follow my mom and I out of the store and continued making rude comments. These people have a one star reputation when they should have zero!!! Save your money or take your business elsewhere, to a company that values customer service. In a small town, word travels very quickly!!

I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never have I met a group of racist asians against blacks. I came into they're customer lacking nail shop and was turned away at the door. Nobody was working but she claimed she couldn't do my nails. When I asked why she just told me to leave without explanation. I called seconds after I got back into my car and introduced myself very properly as "Ashley" and asked if I could come in now for a full set and the same person who turned me away agreed and told me to come in right away. Whatever. There are way too many nail shops in flagstaff for this staff to have such an ugly attitude. Get over yourselves.

I have been getting pedicures here for 10 years. I have always been treated like royalty and have never been disappointed. The price is right. I am always a walk in and they always accommodate me. Sometimes they are so busy you have to wait a little while, so take a book.

Worst customer service I've EVER experienced in a nail salon. A male worker yelled at me in front of customers and other employees because "my hands were too tense." Throughout the appointment he kept telling me to relax. Oh, how relaxing it is to be commanded rudely to relax repeatedly. Unfortunately, for this man, I am a human being and not a manikin. I've been getting my nails done for years. This has never been a problem for anyone else that has done my nails. He finally became visibly irritated. He was huffing and puffing, then he YELLED something along the lines of, " I CANNOT WORK LIKE THIS!!!! DON'T LOOK AT YOUR HAND!!! DON'T LOOK AT YOUR HAND!!! " I didn't know there was such a thing as a prima donna manicurist. Putting the odd and demeaning outburst aside, the actual manicure was poor. He failed to complete the manicure, he didn't not put a gel top coat, which is what I asked for, and how faux nails are always supposed to be done. Moreover, I asked for long nails, and he made them short. I will never return here. The male worker was arrogant, rude, and needs a reality check---you do nails bro, wake up and smell the acetone. In fact, I went here because my regular salon, Cutie Nails, were understaffed today. Sahn's 1 Nail had an opportunity to gain a regular customer and blew it. I spend about 60+ dollars a month on my nails. I will stick to Cutie Nails, while it is true, I have to wait a few days sometimes because of staffing, they've never treated me like crap. I would NOT recommend Sahn's #1 Nails by Albertson's in Flagstaff, AZ. There is NOTHING #1 about this place.

#1 Nails do a wonderful job on my nails. I leave very satisfied. The owners are friendly people who take pride in their work. In response to the above "BEWARE" comment.. obviously that person never frequented the establishment enough. There was ONE employee who wore a mask for about 9 months. WHY? because she was pregnant at the time. And why would nail technicians wear acrylic nails? If you take a look at their toes, you'd see they have the cutest pedicures.

I wouldn't recommened this place to anyone. The reason it smells so bad is because of the dangerous products they use. Any nail salon where the employees don't have nails on and where masks its because they know what they use is dangerous.
