        I was so pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Silvia this morning. She was so kind, extremely helpful, and completely turned my morning around. I will definitely be going back to the location given the excellent customer service.

        Went in to drop off my clothing and was greeted by Silvia with a smiling face. She was helpful and let me know about the new tagging process, no more safety pins!

        Great services and fair prices for what they do.

        I've used the Klinke cleaners off Fish Hatchery Road in Fitchburg for years and have never been disappointed. The quality is always great, the staff is friendly and the service at drop-off/pickup is quick and convenient.

        Everything was wonderful! Don't change anything! Klinkes in Fitchburg has excellent service which I did not have at another cleaners in the general area. Keep it up!
