My review is for Dr. Mark Mason. I would never recommend him to anyone; he would inject me with Novocain and immediately start drilling which essentially nullified the effect. During my filling appointments he bruised my gums, the inside lining of my mouth was burned with his laser light which he was quick to inform me doesn’t burn at all, it looked like someone had put out a cigarette in the lining of my mouth and hurt like that. When I told him about the bruising he said “those are regular dental injuries”. I would leave his office after a filling and not be able to eat normally for a week because of the bruising. He misdiagnosed a root canal saying that I shouldn’t have any pain “it’s a shallow cavity; there is a crack in your tooth”. I decided to see another Dentist. When I tried to get my x-rays to see another Dentist he insulted me over the phone saying “don’t let your emotions overrule your intelligence”. After telling me now that he is looking at my x-rays I have a deep cavity and I probably need a root canal (yes that same shallow cavity). I have since had a root canal with another Dentist. Dr. Mason rushed through every appointment like he couldn’t wait to be rid of me impatience written plainly on his face when I dared to ask questions. I can’t speak for everyone but I wish I had never stepped foot in his office. See him at your own risk.
