I would give no stars if I could. I had my dogs board over the holiday and had grooms done. When I picked them up I had extra food and medicine. I individually made 7 bags of food for my dogs even dated them, and received 2 of the bags back. When I arrived on a Friday I spoke to a groomer ( Monica i believe was the name) she advised me she would groom my two shih tzu's and follow the notes I gave her. They both smell like they haven't been washed, and they are cut way to short and there skin is red and irritated. I took them both to the vet today they have lost 4 lbs since they have been boarded and they have a skin infection. My vet advised me they were malnourished and dehydrated and the skin infection was caused by the groomer. I called to speak to a manager and they advised me I would get a call back and never did. This is my first time using this place and I will never go back. When I picked up the staff was so unfriendly and I waited for sometime while they all gathered in the office talking. While I was also waiting for them to retrieve my pets I overheard a man complaining about the service he received. You all should be ashame of yourself, these are our loved ones and for them to be treated like this is unacceptable.

I have two small bichons that are a bit fussy and I am always worried about somebody not treating them well when I am not around. Pet suites has always been very kind to my dogs when grooming and keep them happy until I can pick them up later that day. I would recommend them to all that love to have happy dogs!

I'm one of those picky dog moms and it takes alot to please me but PetSuites did just that. Conrad (neopolitan mastiff) stayed in a large room and had playtimes. I got him a bath on the day he left too. He looked and smelled great. I found them to be reasonably priced and got a lot for my money. The hours were the best I've found. Nice job PetSuites

I just picked up my two dogs from doggie daycare and they seem happy and relaxed. I've had Reggie and Eli stay there for overnight boarding and decided to try their daycare. They have always been very courteous, up front with their charges and really professional. I've had a great experience with them. My vet referred PetSuites and she was right. I now recommend them to any one looking for a doggie daycare or boarding place.

I thought I had found a place that really showed they cared about my puppy. Well i was fooled by Petsuites in fishers. My puppy was bitten by another dog who was being bad and acting out. The staff immediately called me and I came a running. Well once there everyone was so concerned and wanted me to be at ease, cause they knew this would easily be a lawsuite cause they were hired to protect my dog. So they even changed my rate plan for here on out. ?Well a month later I guess they felt it had blown over so now they increased my rate back up. Well sorry Petsuites I will take my business somewhere else that may truly care what happens to my dog when in their care.

We have three rescued dogs and they each have their own issues. So we are very particular about where they stay. There are numerous kennels closer to home. When we heard about Pet Suites we toured the facility and asked numerous questions about various scenarios. With rescued dogs particularly, they can suffer set backs if not treated according to their specific stresses. We love our dogs and will not risk set backs.



We were impressed with all we saw and our dogs stayed there while we were gone for 10 days. We called most days to check on them and was treated with courtesy and received updates. All three were to have baths and nail trims on their last day. Lucy doesn't let anyone trim her claws, and they have to be done when she is under for teeth cleaning. She's had others try to hold her to trim them and we can always tell by her actions when she's picked up. She wants out immediately and shys away from people.



When we arrived to pick them up we were greeted by three very happy dogs, ecstatic to see us. And Lucy's claws were trimmed! She was happy and totally at ease around the employs.



As we were taking them to the car, they wanted to go back inside with their new friends! They are returning soon for the 3rd time. They're so happy when we get there.

I recently needed to board my dog for the first time. I was very nervous. The staff at PETSuites put me at ease. They were able to prepare me for the experience my little baby was about to encounter. I was able to add on play times to my stay. The staff actually plays one on one with each dog! I was amazed! I was able to bring food from home and my little one's medicine and they didn't charge me extra.
