Nishida Services, Inc.

Nishida Services has provided cleaning services to commercial and industrial entities for more than 30 years. The business provides roughly 400 individuals with employment in the Greater Indianapolis Area, various parts of Indiana, and a handful of facilities in Ohio. I have been with the company for more than 7 years. The business have provided me with opportunities to serve, grow, and exercise my capabilities to develop as a young professional. Employment with Nishida Services requires dedication, attentiveness to detail, timeliness, and a passion to serve the needs of others. The tasks are not exceedingly taxing on physical health and each task can be easily learned. The company exists to employ individuals seeking a steady income and to serve the needs of clients, such as property managers, government entities, and corporations. The key to success as a Nishida Services employee is to understand the overall mission of the company: to provide customers with the "highest level of quality and personalized service," (Nishida Services Website). The most important function of any entity within the service industry is the production of quality service to clients. Nishida Services heavily relies on the commitment of employees who take pride in their work to produce valued outcomes for each of the company's clients.

Nishida Services claims many things to you and they do not follow through. I see alot of favortism and they manpulate alot. The pay is not that great. They will start out a 9.00 and you will be stuck there unless you take a supervisor spot. Athough they do start some people higher depending on the ops maneger. ALOT is promised to you and alot of lies told. I have seen many people fired and many quit because they can not handle all of the manpulating that goes on with the higher up people. They do not care about the little people. So you work your butt off just to find out they do not care. My advice is to find another job. Nishida is a bad company to work for. It is really a sad thing. People come in believing there lies. They go out realizing they have been conned. They do not like to give raises. they change there rules all the time, they are just not what they say they are. Sooner or later all they will have left to work for them are people who just do not give a damn.
