Would never take my animals there again and i sugggest you dont either. The "eggs package" that you can get, will not be served to your animals. You will be just handing them money for nothing. They kennel dogs that supposed to be playing in daycare. Without owner knowledge. It was told to a former staff that "you can curse at thr animals, just not outside where someone will hear you". They scream and cuss at your animals people!! Your old animals being kicked in the ass because they dont go fast enough by a male staff named Hunter. Most of the dogs are terrified of him. Half the staff leave early and dont show up. They sleep on the job instead of caring for your animal.

Management should be changed along with almost an entire new staff.

We won't take our dogs anywhere else! Excellent staff and our dogs just love it! They come home worn out!

Very unhappy with staff and care received! I asked if they could cut my dog's nails and they indicated that it was no problem. My dog had blood on his fur when I picked him up from his nails that were cut so short that they were bleeding! When he scratched himself, the blood from the nails that were trimmed was all over him. All kinds of excuses from staff! We don't normally trim nails, we did our best and never apologized.

Great service! So glad I found a place to bring my Sammy. It feels good to know Sammy is in a safe and clean place when we travel. He loves going to Beverly's, he is always excited when we drop him off. Their prices are very reasonable for the services they provide. I recommend Beverly's to anyone looking for great, affordable dog boarding.

We have taken our one year old lab, Charlie to Beverley's 3 times since we have found it. We love taking him there, the staff is always charismatic to my concerns and always very friendly! Charlie loves going to their 4 acre bark park for just a little extra! I recommend Beverly's 100% to anyone who wants great care for their pet!

WHAT A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. This place is extremely deceiving when it comes to the price per day per dog. On their website they post Kennel Boarding Hours for Drop-Off and Pick-Up:



Monday – Friday

8:00am to 7:00pm drop off and pick up; early drop off, 6:30am to 8:00am



We were double charged for the day we dropped off and picked up our 2 dogs. In clarifying our final bill with the cashier since we had discrepant charges she was unwilling to budge on removing the additional $35.00 for both the drop-off and pick-up days. She quoted that it was "not her problem". She told us we could speak with the Owner but he was not in until the following day.



When we called the next morning and spoke to the owner we explained that the additional charges for the drop-off and pick-up were unjustified since we had dropped off and picked up both dogs within the designated time frame they list on their website but they charged us $70.00 versus the quoted $35.00.



We let him know he was running a very deceptive business and if he is going to charge double for the drop-off and pick-up he needs to state that information on his website because it currently does not. He did not understand that double charging for both days was unethical and he seemed very confused as to why we were upset even after re-explaining the situation several times in different ways.



I am all about mom & pop shops and supporting smaller businesses but they straight up stole money out of our pocket. We threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau since as consumers we have protection against unethical business practices like this.



So he said he would refund $20.00 but he was going to give the remainder back in a credit so we would come back and give them a second chance. When we told him that if he was willing to budge on $20.00 than he could refund the total amount because we were never going to back. He refused and said all he was capable of refunding was $20.00.



We were irrate at that point so we told him to just keep the remainder of the money because he apparently needed it more than we did - what a charity case! The lesson we learned in all of this is that you pay for what you get - if it seems too good to be true well than it probably is!



Save yourself a headache and save the additional money you are budgeting to take your pets to a legitimate business where you know you will be guaranteed the price they quote you.

I started going to Beverly's Bark Park around the end of February 2012. I had heard from other people that they enjoyed the park and meeting lots of other people. When I started, my dog was a little scared but quickly came out of his shell and can't wait for his best friend to be there to play with him. I have really enjoyed bringing my dog and meeting new people there.

Horrible Customer Service! We actually had an employee verbally abuse us for 5- 10 minutes because we "talked back to her" over what we were being charged. The pricing is deceptive and the employees are mean-spirited and rude. We won't be going back!

I use their bark park for my dog to play. He loves it there and plays with all of the other dogs. I've also met lots of people that have a google acct so they can set up dates for when their dogs will be out to play. It's a great place with 4 acres of lawn for the dogs to run around in.

I board frequently and they always do a nice job. My dogs have always come home in great shape. They can't wait to get in the door when I drop them off. They have a great customer loyalty program and a fabulous bark park! Highly reccomend!!!
