Boy, you guys are good. I was in your store recently and their was a very impatient customer in front of me. In spite of her rudeness, your employee was patient, kind and courteous. She did not get angry with the rude customer. I was pleasantly surprised. If all of your employees are patient like that, I will most definetely continue to purchase my books from your store.
