I agree with the previous comment. They did take care of emergency items like the furnace breaking or the AC unit breaking. Anything small or that they deemed unnecessary received zero attention. It's super creepy how they want to come in to your current residence before you rent from them, especially since their properties are sub-par at best. The place we moved from was way nicer than their house that they rented to us. I'm confused by the whole situation.

Horrible, awful landlords. They don't care about anything but getting paid.



They will tell you that they will fix problems but won't. They are cheap and they over charge for their rentals. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
