Bent Tree Apartments

This place is horrible! Maintenance requests are ignored- including problems with fleas from stray cats that were living under the floor in the crawl space. However, this didn't stop them from letting themselves into my apartment without any notice AND without KNOCKING because they wanted to look at something and didn't think I was home! You will NOT get your security deposit back! They charged me for "light cleaning" because they claimed there was dust on the bookshelves and charged me to replace things that they had no right to charge me for: like the window blinds- that had been falling apart when I moved in because they were already so old and cheap, or the broiler pan for the oven that was so disgusting when I moved in that I never used it, or the carpet which had stains all over it despite the fact that this was even listed on the form I signed when I moved in saying that these stains were already there! The place was dirty, cheaply made, and had very thin walls. It was inexpensive- but you can find something much better for around the same price! I regret ever moving in- but I was new to the area, in a hurry, and on a tight budget- I have certainly learned my lesson!
