If you want exceptional customer service, then Fife RV is the place to go. We purchased our first motorhome in 2014 and had significant problems with the coach. We had a ruined vacation and Fife RV took the 2014 coach back in and we purchased a new rig. They went above and beyond what they had to do and we will definitely be referring all our friends and family to them. Great team from sales to service. This is our 4th travel trailer purchase and hands down the best! When we went to PU our trailer our tech Mike walked through every part to insure I was 100% comfortable. I was also quoted 650$-850$ for hitch and break work. My bill 525$. Most places would have just charged the higher amount. Thanks Fife RV I will be sending all I can to Fife RV as this was a great experience.

AWESOME experience here with everyone, from the greeter to the sales guys, especially Billy and Travis, to the entire service department with Matt in charge and overseeing every aspect of getting our RV ready to take home. Every single part of our experience was great! This is our first RV and we are thrilled with it! OUR experience, from our dealings with Frank (not pushy at all), in sales, to the financing process and, finally, with the training, was all handled professionally and efficiently! Even after the sale, we were given discounts on products that we were interested in and a free RV starter kit. They didn't have to throw any of that in, as the sale was already behind us! Thumbs up, Fife RV team! It was a great experience!

Went to Fife rv hoping to look around without being ground down into a sales pitch. We were perusing around when we ran into Beema who was kind enough to show us into one of the units we were looking at.

It turns out, he is a parts employee who knows A LOT about what it takes to make RVs and 5th wheels work. He was EXACTLY the kind of person we were hoping to meet and because of his honesty, kindness and extensive knowledge, we will be back to Fife RV when it comes time to make our purchase.

We have been to two other RV dealers and were hounded so badly we were thinking of resorting to craigslist for a purchase.

Employees like Beema are hard to come by; he was authentic in his knowledge and never tried to "sell us" on anything but the quality of the units. He answered our questions about permits and solar conversions... propane tank size and sealing pop outs.

Awesome experience today... AND he did it all, in the rain, without a jacket. We will see you in the spring Fife RV!

Purchased our second RV (TT) and decided to go with Fife RV. We couldn't been happier with our buying experience. Never were we pushed into something that we didn't want, nor were we steered wrong. There was zero pressure throughout the entire process. Our sales associate, Mike Austin was strait forward and honest. He worked for us to get the best deal out there. We just traded in a bumper pull toyhauler for a fifth wheel model at Fife RV. Our experience was great from the salesman, to the trade in process, and finally the delivery. The service department did all the work promised at the time of signing the deal, and gave us a great walk through process.

My wife and I have been looking for a travel trailer for a few years. Derek and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and happy to answer all of our questions. They took the time to work within our budget and find us the best deal they could. We took our time deciding what we wanted and the staff was encouraging and helpful without being pushy.

We are located in California and were interested in a used toy hauler we found advertised at Fife RV Center. It was a model we had been looking for and we were considering a sight unseen purchase. We spoke with Marcus and could not be happier with the service and integrity he showed. We asked for additional pictures and as much information as possible. He was patient and most importantly honest about all the pros and cons of this particular RV. We are so grateful for his help and above all, his integrity.

We are excited to have just purchased our first trailer from Fife RV Center. We contacted the sale team and they asked us a bunch of questions as to what we were looking for. Trailer, no fifth wheel, perfect for travelling with a family of five, separate kids space. They asked if we had any recreational vehicles. That helped us realize that it would be nice to consider traveling with our Harley. The same day I contacted them, Lyle had pre-selected two trailers that he thought would be ideal for us. They even stayed open a little late for us to view them after work. We picked up the kids and headed out on a cold, dark, January night. They had the trailers hooked up when we arrived. The kids got hot chocolate and we went on our tour.

There was no pressure. We had been window shopping for a while. We found the one and bought our dream travel trailer. The staff was very helpful. They answered every question my husband could think of. During the walk-around, the service representative had a Go-Pro and now we have a video to reference anything that we can't recall when we are beginning our adventure. That was a relief for a couple of overwhelmed, novice RVers.

The sales person took us out and showed us a few RVs. They were nice RVs. He definitely listened to what we wanted. The only problem would be that we couldn't tell the prices right away and another RV center let us look at any of the ones we wanted. They were more free range but the sales guy wasn't pushy at all.

We went to Fife RV looking for a tent trailer but we were not sure if we wanted to go ahead with it or just continue to car camp. We met Frank Smith when arriving at the lot. We told him what we had in mind...still not really sure if we wanted to go for the sale. He was very patient, not pushy like you would expect. We left there and he called us with information on the perfect hybrid trailer/toy hauler! He did the leg work and made it easy for us! We went back to look at it and it was more perfect then we could imagine! We highly recommend Frank and will definitely go back to see him when it's time to upgrade! We are customers for life! My wife and I were looking for a motorcoach to do some traveling and possibly live in for a few years. We came into Fife RV to look at their used units (thinking that’s all we could afford). Armando showed us many new units and spent several hours answering our questions, he was very knowledgeable about the motorcoaches. One of the units included our Forest River Legacy SR340 which we fell in love with as soon as we walked into it. Chris M worked up an out the door price on this diesel pusher and my wife and I were so pleasantly surprised we were somewhat speechless. Chris was very personable and not pushy at all, he even sat with us for a while and talked about the Seahawks. We never thought we could get into a large motorcoach at that price, let alone a brand new one. When we went into the finance office, Robert had all the paperwork ready to sign, efficient and very friendly to talk with. When it came for us to take delivery of our coach, it was shined up, detailed and ready to go. John and Jim from the service department were knowledgeable about our unit and did a thorough walk-thru.
We want to thank Armando, Chris, Robert, Jim, John and the rest of the crew for an awesome experience.
Overall we were treated like family members here and we would definitely recommend Fife RV to anyone thinking in buying a motorcoach or trailer.
