Arrived at 8:11 AM for my 8:15 AM appointment (waiting room half full).
At 8:30 asked Mr. Amerson how much longer it would be - stated there are 7-people in front of me.
At 8.38 Called by Mr. Amerson. I asked him why the delay "just is" asked if someone did not show up he stated "don't know I got here at 8AM" - could I speak to the office manager - "I'm the lead" - you're the lead and you don't know why you are backed up? - no respoonse - Could give me the name and number of your regional manager? - "Call this number" (give me a sticker with the "800 Feedback number" on it - This 800# will ring the managers desk? - "They can connect you." - Could give me the name and number of your regional manager? - "I don't know it" - Could you get it for me by the time I'm finished drawing blood - "Sure" -
Upon my return I ask again and he writes a number onto a note pad from memory and gives me a name of JEFF EADS - I thought you did not know the # now you know it from memory?
Go home and call 904-258-3155 - guy has nothing to do with Quest.
Call Quest Fernanda Beach - get answering machine.
Drive back to Quest - ask Mr. Amerson for the correct number - gives me 904-258-3156 - go back to my car.
Call second number - belongs to someone with no connection to Quest. - walk back inside.
Inform him that yet again he gave me a wrong number - gives me 904-254-3156 - go back to my car and call.
Get JEFF EADS voice mail - leave him a detailed message and ask him to call me back by mid next week.
Very Disappointed in this man/company who does no value other peoples time.
