The people at the counter used to be so nice. We had adopted a dog from them and had to surrender it do to our previous landlord changing our lease. They the forced us to sign an owner surrender on a stray we had found because we had it for more than three days trying to find it's owner. We went in today to look at the kittens and were told that we were not allowed to adopt anymore because of owner surrenders that were beyond our control. We didn't have a choice but to surrender our dog or we would have been kicked out, but do they care? No. They are ignorant people. But just the ones behind the desk. The other people are great.
