LB Homes was formed in West Central Minnesota in 1915. It now consists of numerous agencies within Fergus Falls, MN including: Alcott Manor - Assisted Living, Broen Home - Long Term Living and Short Stay, Lakeland Home Care, Lakeland Hospice, Sheridan House- Retirement community and Woodland Lodge - Enhanced Assisted Living.
