I AM A PATIENT OF NORTHERN LAKES DENTAL. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. SCOTT WAGNILD FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS. THE STAFF IS VERY FREINDLY AND MOST PATIENT WITH "CHICKEN'S" LIKE MYSELF!!! I HAVE A GREAT FEAR OF GOING TO THE DENTIST BUT THEY ARE FABULOUS AT MAKE THE TRIP NOT ONLY A MUST BUT I LEAVE HAPPY AND LAUGHING!! LOVE them!!!

$a preventative exam, x-ray and cleaning am not insured so asked for an estimate of cost. Presented for my appointment was called in quickly, then after a few minutes sent back to the waiting room to sit for half an hour, called back in for five more minutes and told they were running behind so would need to reschedule. Presented at next appointment and completed the care. Was charged over $300 (substantially above the estimate) in addition had to take two different times off work, pay for medication to take prior to the dental appointment twice, and drive to and from the appointment twice (in excess of 80 miles) While dental care provided was what was requested and performed well the rest of the visit was definitely not up to expectations because of lack of honesty about charges and consideration of the patient's time and other expenses.
