Bridleton Woods Apts

Ya get what you pay for, that pretty much sums it up. Good luck getting the office/maintenance people to do anything. One of the other tennants has been waiting for their air conditioner (window unit) for nearly 2 months, theirs was completely broke when they moved in & were told a new one was ordered. Another tennant moved in during winter & there wasn't a "frame" around air conditioner, so nothing but cold air coming in, also the closet shelf was hanging down, outlets don't work, etc. You'd think all cosmetic stuff would've been fixed BEFORE ya move in! The apartments in back are all TRASH, do NOT move back there! Front is ok, but had a girl OD twice, she still lives there & according to my lease that's immediate eviction...go figure. Could be a nice complex if it wasn't for the trash they let move in. It'll be like Shangri La in a matter of time.... would've been a nice quiet place. Maintenance guy doesn't carry screw driver either, he borrowed one & never returned it to me!!!
