Ashes Away Chimney Service

I was serviced by this company a couple of years back and I was extremely satisfied and plan on contracting their services again in the next few months.



I had squirrel trouble for about 3 years, each summer, where squirrels were getting into my basement. The 1st year we tried the cages from the Humane Society and they worked, but it took a minute and we had to get rid of the squirrel after my basement was someone what destroyed. The next year, our Rat Terrier took action; however, it kept us all awoke and one day it was a circus as the AT&T man was working and was amazed by my dog and the squirrel (I was jumpy and screaming throughout the repair visit). The final year, I was advised to get help (couldn't understand why they were coming upstairs) and I contacted Ashes Away.



The 1st reason I selected them to perform the job is because they gave a firm price (not an estimate that might increase). The 2nd reason is they were able to act fast and answered all my questions, and I'm a novice in this area. The 3rd reason is that they were kind and courteous, good customer interface skills. I was satisfied with the job, eliminating the squirrel condominium (his terms) in my chimney and capping my chimney's (two flutes) so much so, that I plan to use them again in the next month or so.
