Lasco Ford

Shocked by all of the positive reviews. Apparently these salesman are great scammers in getting people to buy from their dealership. What is missing here are the absolutely horrible reviews about service (look at their BBB complaints). I will never do business with these people again. I have been battling with them over a repair since July 2015 (4 months). After 7 weeks and over $1000 they still have not repaired my vehicle. I have been calm and cooperative only requesting the portion of what they could not fix in return -- almost $700. My vehicle has come back in worse shape everytime. it's been returned. I just had a conversation with one of the Lasco sons --- an absolute waste of time. Still refusing to "make this right" as they like to say. Even admitting their wrong doing but refusing to refund me. I now have to take legal action. WOULD NOT recommend this company.

Offered a $7,000 trade for my car, a firm exact trade based on the appraisal that was done by one of the sales MANAGERS. After I spent much of my time searching the lot online, and in store I was able to find a vehicle I loved that I wanted to purchase. Once we sat down to fill out the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, the trade in price DROPPED to $3,500. When I asked about why the price difference they basically said "too bad this is what we can offer" but said it was okay because if i just added the other $3,500 in difference they could still make the deal. How on earth is this a correct way to do business? I was baited in with promises of a good deal, then at the last minute they took it all away, but still pressured me into making the deal. They don't care about the customer, only the money. DO NOT shop at this dealer, they will do everything they can to lie and cheat to make a deal the works in THEIR favor only.

Purchased a certified Ford from Wendy at Lasco Ford. She was friendly and truly cared about me, not just the sale.

I have bought all of my vehicles at Lasco Ford and not once had any issues with service, no issues with the salesmen, no issues with the dealership at all. This place is great and is always hoppin. I would recomend Lasco Ford to everyone. Don't hesitate to visit they are great here.

Ms Harris is very professional and very friendly so great to work with. Overall it was a quick deal, the dealership was very busy that day however, all people involved did the best to make sure it is as quick as possible to get the vehicle home the same day.

Easy A plan transaction. This smaller size store in fenton impressed me ten fold. They have the right cars and dont mess with prices. It's good to see a Ford store that knows just sell more for the proper price and you will get more customers. I will tell everyone from Dearborn it's a shorter drive than you think and it's worth it!

I had been sold a gray market car by another dealership. Couldn't insure it in the U.S. for less than 3 times what it would normally cost. The dealer didn't want to make it right. I took the car to Lasco, where Angie let me drive many cars to get a feel for what I wanted. I found one that I really liked (a 2007 Focus) and she moved heaven and earth to get me into it. She was just great! Another thing I liked about Lasco was that they are selling my Canadian trade-in in Canada. They told me that they would not do to their customers what the other dealership did to me. Integrity!

My husband and I went to Lasco recently and were amazed at the service and helpfulness of the sales rep. we were working with. I called ahead and let him know we were coming, so he was waiting for us right when we got there. Our credit is horrible and we never expected we would be able to get approved for a new vehicle, we were happily proven wrong. Our sales associate did every thing in his power to get us a reasonable rate and make the sale happen for us. The man that does the financing there is a miracle worker and we had an excellent experience. We got a certified used car, it had some minor dings in the exterior but with the warranty on it, anything and I mean ANYTHING that goes wrong will be covered by the dealership. They even filled our gas tank before we left and put all brand new tires on. Thank you Lasco Ford! We love our Escape!!!
