Shirtz To Go

This store is very unorganized. The service was fine. There was a rather large woman with 3 young'ns ahead of me for service. She kept coming up with a new order idea. I was waited on by an assistant. She was intelligent and knew her business.

My daughter had a volleyball tournament this morning. Unfortunately, she did not have a uniform to wear. I called up Shirtz To Go and described what she needed. "No problem!" was the response I got. So I ran down to get what she needed and within minutes, the gentleman had me out the door so I could run the shirt over to my daughter. I was greeted with professionalism, courtesy and speed...a tough combination to find! Thanks! We'll be back!

WORST SERVICE EVER AWARD!!! The last conversation we had stated I'm the ONLY customer in 2 years that has complained. Then I look on here and see another review. I wish you luck in trying to maintain your business because you'll need it!! After 2 weeks dealing with getting 4 simple shirts done, I get the WRONG color. I need them tomorrow, so taking them back for a refund isn't an option at this point. Manager basically said I WAS WRONG. I've been in customer service for over 30 years, I KNOW the customer is NOT always right, but this one IS. And I want everyone to save themselves the trouble of dealing with this guys business. I'm sorry if you do go there and have to deal with the headache!!! P.S. It won't let me submit without giving at least one star, but they DON'T EVEN DESERVE THAT!!!!!!!!!

If you like being treated like you are an annoyance and unworthy of the shop keepers time then by all means go here. I have never been treated so poorly or had such horrible quality of work done than at this shop. At first they could not open my artwork on a file I gave to them and they asked me to e-mail it to them. Over a week later I finally got a reply about cost and time to complete my order. After I got the product it was of such poor workmanship I could not believe that this was done by a professional. Not only could my 4 month old daughter have drawn the artwork better, but also in a shorter period of time. If you want good quality work done and you like being treated like a human being then you should go to another company.
