This place use to have great customer service

Until the past 1-2 yrs its been horrible with the new staff. What happened to all the great staff that they use to have?

Great food and great hours for federal way, WA

but horrible customer service!!

If their food wasn't good. I won't even bother.

The only way there business is still open is b/c of the food.

Ever time I try to call to order they wouldn't pickup. I always order for 6-7people once to twice a month.

So when i showed up in person to order and asked why ...

her response was " we don't pickup when were busy"

Wow! What a response!

And she doesn't even say sorry...

These boaters ASIAN people are so rude!!

And that's really bad coming from another Asian.

I mean, come on!!

Where are ur manners!!

Sheesh!!

They need to clean up their place better too! It's dirty! Especially the bathroom.

Yuck!!

And when we eat there they are so bad on making sure our waters are refilled..

This restaurant gets pretty busy and with good reason, The portions are great and easy on the wallet. The food is pretty good too. lots of selections. I had the pho with steak tonight and they give you lots of stuff to put in it. it's up to you how much of the sauces and vegetables you put in it, so you can adjust it to your taste, but if you leave it out it could be bland. Last time I went it was busy as well, I had the curry with chicken and that was also yummy, and the portion was huge. Ask for extra rice cause after you eat, there should be enough to take home and have it for another meal. If your looking for great ambiance, it's not here. Just a simple little restaurant with good food, prices and good service.
