Maaco

I brought my car in after having backed into a poll, with a small dent in the rear panel and a few scratches. I ended up bringing it back three more times to fix mistakes they made, including forgetting to attach a bracket and a misaligned rear panel. Their customer service is dreadful. One time I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. The employee at the front desk looked at me, picked up a part and gave it to another employee, saying "This goes on her car". He then walked out. The final blow was when I asked the manager Dave if he had seen the panel, because it was so badly misaligned. His response was, and I quote, "You crashed it, that's the best we can do". I filed a complaint with their corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to either and so my case was closed without any resolution. Avoid this business at all costs.

I went to have an estimate done on damage that was sustained to my 2003 GMC Envoy. The estimate was HUNDREDS of dollars less than the dealerships, and as I was paying this expense out of pocket it was an unexpected surprise. It looked fantastic and was delivered ahead of schedule.

We were extremely pleased with the work done on our car and the paint job was superb. It looked so good our neighbors actually thought it was a new car.

I took my vehicle to Maaco to get spot painted because the paint was peeling from the Florida sun. When it was done it looked almost completely brand new. I was very satisfied!

I've used Maaco three times and each time service has been great. Their prices are lower than most other auto shops, and the service and quality is amazing! They go above and beyond and our car repairs have always been done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them!

I just had my Toyota repaired here. The repair was minor but the shop was honest, responsive and quick. I have no complaints.

These guys do GREAT work. I dealt specifically with Chris. Had my roof and hood repainted from the hail storm last summer and the estimate they gave me came at about 1/2-2/3 what other places quoted me. Just picked the car up and I'm very satisfied with what I got back. Bottom line: If you're willing to buck up and be an urban pioneer, go see these guys and save yourself some $$$.
