        "Can do" attitude!!

        It's 2:43 in the afternoon, and after calling all over Federal Way to get 1) a live person, and 2) a live person that can still deliver this afternoon in Federal Way, this lady not only says "sure", but takes the time to tell me what flowers she has in the cooler, discusses the colors with me, and lets me chose what to put in the bouquet!! So great!



        Tip - I often send flowers in other cities, and forget FTD!!! Look up florists in the city you are sending to, ask them what is fresh today, and let them walk you through the bouquet they have or will make up, and have them deliver it. Cheaper and really gets you whant you want, not something that has been made up in the cooler for a couple days, oir a substitute for the bouquet you see on line. Hardly ever does the FTD florist actually have the flowers available to make up what you see on line.

        I used Flowers by Chi in 2008 for my Dad's memorial and they did a wonderful job! The value was amazing and the flowers were fresh. The arrangement turned out better than in the photo and they were very careful with the delivery. Not one stem was broken. I certainly recommend them.
